–  Tickets are valid for the full event, as guaranteed by the congress organization
–  If a purchasing process is required that involves additional data from the congress organization, or a separate invoice, the full price applies
–  You can pass on an individually bought ticket to a colleague: mention their name to the congress organization, so we can adjust the name on the badge
–  Until 3 months prior to the event you can ask for restitution of a ticket, for which 25% admin cost will be kept;
Between 3 months and 4 weeks prior the event: 50% restitution is possible; 4 weeks or shorter prior the event: no restitution will be given.
–  Restitution is only possible with full tickets
–  Reduced price tickets are only available when being bought online at the website
