From Strategy to Implementation: Bayer’s PPS Roadmap 2025

In 2021, Bayer set out on a journey towards Process & Plant Safety along the PPS Roadmap 2025. Meanwhile, a number of initiatives from that strategy have been implemented such as the introduction of one global platform for HAZOPs “PHA One”, the activation of an external partner network “Externals@PPS”, a digital tool for explosion safety assessments “SpeedEXS”, and the inclusion of smaller sites with a “Risk Register”.
