Registration fees for individual participants

  • Full fee for 2 days, incl. coffee breaks & lunch: 700 €*

Reduced fee for members of supporting industry associations or connections from sponsors/network forum participants

  • Reduced fee for 2 days, incl. coffee breaks & lunch: 450 €* (instead of 700 €)

In case you book this reduced ticket, please mention the name of the EPSC member, supporting industry association, sponsor or network forum participant in the designated box in the registration form.

Special offer for EPSC members: Member Group Ticket

We offer a special package to all companies/organizations which are full or associated member of EPSC.  The package contains the registration fees for 4 participants and costs only 900 € *. The names of the 4 participants do not have to be mentioned at the time of purchasing the package, but can be determined at a later stage.

*The registration fees are not subject to VAT in accordance with German tax law §4.22a UStG.

Accommodation is not included; please take care of your own hotel reservation.

Online registration / Payment options

Registration will only be possible through the online registration form on our website.  Registration fees can either be paid by credit card (Mastercard or VISA) or through bank transfer.  Please note that in the last ca. 3 weeks prior to the conference only credit card payment will be possible.
Immediately after your online registration you will receive a confirmation email. The invoice together with the EPSC bank details (or an invoice with payment confirmation in case of credit card payment) will be sent to you by separate email in due course. 

Cancellation policy for conference participation

If a registration is cancelled up to 12 November 2019, the participant will receive a refund of 80% of the attendance fee. In case of cancellations after this date the fee will be fully charged. Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by fax, surface mail or e-mail). The relevant cancellation date is the date of receipt at the conference office.

If a participant does not come to the conference or leaves before its end, the full attendance fee remains payable. If the conference is cancelled by EPSC, any fees that have been paid will be reimbursed in full.
